ASI is led by a team of management professionals each with 10-30 years of experience in water resource construction. ASI has approximately 60 professional employees with experience ranging up to 50 years. Many ASI management and craft employees have been in this specialized industry for more than 10 years; this being a significant contribution to ASI’s success in the industry.
ASI’s commitment to quality begins with people. ASI has a staff of construction professionals and engineers who are qualified for their responsibilities through education, training, and experience.
When ASI identifies project staff for projects or proposals, the client is assured that those individuals are dedicated to the project. This ensures that the most qualified people plan, oversee, and complete the project. We have found that this continuity of knowledge and procedures is a crucial component in any quality assurance program.
ASI typically self-performs in excess of 80% of contracted work. Self-performed work scopes typically include earthwork, surface and underground rock excavation & blasting, aggregate production & processing, river diversion, dewatering, foundation preparation, concrete demolition, concrete production, concrete formwork and placement, reinforcing and structural steel erection, pipelines, outlet works construction, water control gates & valves and operating systems.
ASI personnel have successfully completed numerous projects where formal partnering agreements were used to ensure overall project success. ASI manages all projects with a “partnering approach”, believing this commitment to success for all parties has been the key in developing and maintaining an excellent reputation within the industry.
